What we collect and why
This website has no user accounts and does not track you. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry or booking request. Messages are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
- No advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
- Language preference. When you switch between English and 中文, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It contains nothing personal and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
- Embedded map. The "Find Us" map on our home page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect usage data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Fonts. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is sent to Google to fetch them.
- Staff sign-in. A session cookie is set only for restaurant staff who sign in to update the menu. Visitors never receive it.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel automatically records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are retained for a short period.
Links to other websites
We link to Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
